About Live Well Suffolk
Live Well Suffolk is the county's free healthy lifestyle service. We provide free information and practical support to help local people become healthier.
If you want to stop smoking, lose weight, become more active or improve your diet, we can help you make the changes needed to improve the way you feel now and your future health and happiness.
All of our friendly staff are fully trained and many of them know how difficult it can be to make changes to habits of a lifetime, as they have been there and achieved change themselves!
Our main office and drop-in centre can be found in Turret Lane, Ipswich, just behind the Old Cattle Market bus station (you can't miss us!).
We also have local Community Health Coaches based in Bury St Edmunds, Felixstowe, Haverhill and Sudbury. To get in touch, click here.
